Good afternoon blog readers and happy Monday!

Well summer holidays are here and Sir Tom Jones is LIVE on the island tomorrow night. So it’s hard to get the real Monday blues with such a buzz everywhere.

There is nothing quite like a live performance of your favourite artist is there? And one of the reasons it’s so good is because of the very nature of it being live.

It’s exciting.

It’s natural.

It’s unpredictable.

And you can enjoy the moment however you wish.

And… radio is just the same!

When it comes to the best radio shows, features and broadcasts, those that are truly live and full of fun are the most engaging and interesting to listen to. Just like an Outside Broadcast.

We have written in the blog before about the great reasons to have an outside broadcast for your business (read more here), but rather than us telling you again and again why they are so great, why not hear it from a client themselves?

Earlier this month, we headed to Hope Home Care with the Radio Cafe for the morning. It was a truly interesting show with the whole team there and we had a great time. And, this is what Carol Walmsley of Hope Home Care said…

“We have already had calls and visitors, we cared for a gentleman this week through the broadcast and today a brain injured gentleman has had a session in the pool – and loved it.  So in a nutshell radio works for us!!

We really enjoyed it and thought next time we do it we might make it a bit more of a social event – coincides with what your report says! Great minds think alike!

And you can’t get much better than that can you? Their two hour broadcast with the Radio Cafe really worked.
